This pliers wrench is a tool used to lock clamps by detaching or removing the pins of a radiator hose clamp, engine hose clamp, etc. Designed for pokayoke (mistake prevention) use, the tool attaches to a wireless transmitter that notifies grasping the pins to the corresponding receiver.

These systems support calling distant people and objects. Examples include operators notifying an abnormal event in the assembly process; calling relief staff to prevent delays in the production line; and calling transport vehicles such as forklifts, automatic guided vehicles (AGVs), and trucks to prevent parts stock-outs.
